Specific product warranties are as stated in individual supply agreements

11. Indemnification

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the specific regulations of the DMCC Free Zone
Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts or the courts of Dubai, UAE
Arbitration: For commercial disputes exceeding AED 500,000, parties may elect to submit to arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC)

13. Export Controls and Sanctions

Our products and services may be subject to export control and sanctions regulations. You agree that:

You will not export, re-export, or transfer products in violation of any applicable export control laws
You are not located in, or a national of, any country subject to comprehensive sanctions
You are not listed on any restricted or denied parties list

14. Anti-Corruption and Compliance

Panson Global conducts business in compliance with all applicable anti-corruption laws, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 on Anti-Money Laundering. We expect our business partners to maintain the same standards.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on this website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
